DISPERSAL ORDER - HALLIWELL AREA 05/11/2025

A dispersal order has been authorised by Inspector Hibbert due to anti-social behaviour in the Halliwell and Crompton West area. This order is in place until 08:00 06/11/2025

The specified area is Halliwell Road from the junction with Blackburn Road, up to and including, Wolfenden Street, Myrth Street, and Crumpsall Street. 

Any person who fails to comply with the direction to leave, or returns to the area after being given direction to leave, may face arrest under Section 35 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act 2014. 

This is also a reminder that it is illegal for under 18's to possess fireworks in a public place. 

It is also an offence to use fireworks in a public space, such as streets, back alleys, and parks. 

Officers are in the area and dealing.
